we're not a web design or seo agency. we don't rebuild your store, run your ads, or chase rankings. we work at the data layer - finding the revenue you can capture from the traffic and customers you already have. a narrower job, done properly.

getting started is light

we don't need access to your store, your passwords, or any apps installed. all we need is three quick exports from your shopify admin - orders, customers and products - which take a few minutes to pull. you stay in control of your data the whole way, and we delete it once your audit's complete.

then we get to work

once we have your exports, we do the analysis by hand and come back with your findings - plain english, ranked by impact - within 2 working days. no dashboard to log into, no jargon. just what's worth doing, and why.
