Delivery Time - UK
Once you receive your dispatch email, delivery will be 1-2 days using ROYAL MAIL - SPECIAL DELIVERY. You will be sent a tracking reference so that you can follow its progress. The parcel is fully insured.
Delivery Time - World
Once you receive your dispatch email, delivery will be 4-5 days using PARCELFORCE - INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED. You will be sent a tracking reference so that you can follow its progress. The parcel is fully insured.
We love our watches and definitely hope you will too. However, in the event you do want to make a return we offer refunds for any watch returned before 30 days in a new, sales-ready condition with all of the original packaging and protection. Your 30 days begins from the date of successful delivery and run up to the day we receive the item back. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of the item to be sent back to us.
Can I return my watch if its faulty or damaged. How about if its the wrong item?
Of course! Each of our watches goes through a rigorous quality check, but accidents can happen. We recommend you check over your watch as soon as it arrives to ensure it’s in the expected condition (and the right one) and if there’s any problems let us know. Don’t worry, we’ll also refund your return postage as well as send you a replacement as quickly as possible!
