Audit Setup · Next Steps

What We Need From You

Thanks for booking your audit. To get going, we need three standard exports from your Shopify admin. Each takes about a minute to pull.

You can pull these yourself without granting us any store access: the steps are below. If you would rather not deal with it, that is fine too: simply add us as a staff account (view-only is enough) and we will pull the exports for you.

  1. Orders: Shopify Admin → Orders → Export (top right) → Select "All orders" → Export orders
  2. Customers: Shopify Admin → Customers → Export (top right) → Select "All customers" → Export customers
  3. Products: Shopify Admin → Products → Export (top right) → Select "All products" → Export products

Each file downloads as a CSV. Please upload all three here: Secure Upload Link. It is quicker and safer than email, especially for the customer file which contains personal details.

We store your data securely, use it strictly for your audit, and delete it once your findings are delivered. You stay in control of your data the entire way.

Working With B2B Data, Custom Exports & Spreadsheets

Do you run a B2B business, sell wholesale, or keep sales history in custom spreadsheets, ERP exports, or offline systems? We frequently process custom spreadsheet exports alongside or instead of Shopify data.

Now that your audit is booked, there is plenty of time for us to discuss your setup. We can review your specific file format or schedule a quick call to ensure we process your custom data smoothly.

Add Your Traffic Data for a Fuller Picture (Optional)

The three main exports above tell us what happens once someone buys. If you would also like to see what happens before the sale: where visitors come from, where they drop off, and which channels actually drive revenue: you can add four quick traffic reports. It is optional, but it turns the audit from "what sold" into "what is working and what is leaking."

All four live in Shopify Admin → Analytics → Reports. Open each, set the date range to the last 12 months, click the ellipsis (…) in the top right, then select Export → CSV.

  1. Sessions by referrer: Where your visitors come from
  2. Sessions over time: Your overall traffic trend
  3. Checkout conversion rate over time: Where shoppers drop off on the way to checkout
  4. Total sales by referrer: Which marketing channels actually bring in revenue

Add these to the same upload link. No Google Analytics credentials or complex logins needed: it is all native to Shopify. If you prefer us to grab these directly after adding us as a view-only staff account, just let us know and we will handle it.

That is everything. Once we receive your files, we get straight to work, and you will have your findings returned within two working days.
