sample analysis

most stores are making decisions without looking at their data.

not because it isn't there - it's all in your shopify account. but reading it properly takes time, the right questions, and someone who knows what to look for. so it sits untouched, and the decisions get made on instinct.

a sample analysis is where that changes. you send us your data, we scope it to a focused window, and within three working days you get a pdf of headline findings - the things your numbers have been saying all along.

£49. credited in full if you go on to book an audit.

what we look at

we scope every sample analysis to six months of your orders, or a defined product range - whichever gives the clearest signal. that's deliberate. scoping tight is how we keep every finding specific to you, rather than averaged across years of mixed trading.

from that window, we pull out:

  • revenue and order volume across the period
  • average order value, and what's moving it
  • order behaviour - single vs multi-item, repeat rate
  • where your revenue is concentrated, and the risk that carries

these are the headline numbers - the same lens as the full audits, narrowed to what matters most. the complete picture, lifetime value, segmentation, cohort economics, site review and a plan, is what bronze, silver, and gold are built to deliver.

how it works

01 - buy the sample analysis below
02 - we send you a link to upload your shopify orders export
03 - we confirm scope within one working day
04 - your pdf lands within three working days
05 - go further, and your £49 comes off any audit

this isn't automated

every sample analysis is read and written by hand. we don't run your data through a template and send it back. if something's worth flagging beyond the headline figures, we'll flag it - that's the point of a person doing the work.

we take on a limited number each month - each one done by hand.
